Established in 2001, located in Jiading district of Shanghai, Shanghai MECCO Valve Co., Ltd is a production company specializing in the production of valves，Research & Design, manufacturing and after market service.
MECCO has 230 employees, takes space of 58,500m2, including 35,800m2 of construction area in which 26,300 m2 of working shop. MECCO’s current available annual output is 280,000,000 RMB, and our current production capacity is about 8,000 Ton valves with different materials.
MECCO has certified ISO 9001:2000 by DNV in 2003 system certification in 2003, and all our products have gained API6D & API600 certificated in 2007, we have also certified for CE certificates of EU and Manufacturing license of special equipment by Chinese government.
MECCO established its own R&D center to develop Hi-tech products and right now, there are 31 senior skillful engineers and experience managers working at MECCO. With our powerful technique, various design and development experiences, advanced manufacturing processes, advanced inspection facilities and lab equipment, MECCO can ensure that our products can meet the international standards of design, application and inspection standards and specifications such as API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, BS EN, ISO, JIS, DIN, and GB standard or according to the customer requirements.
There are over 230 sets facilities owned by MECCO, such as CNC machines; 3.5m & 2.5m Vertical Lathe for metalwork processing; 2 sets Plasma-welding equipment and 4 sets High-Temperature heating furnace, and other machining and treatment equipments. We can also perform specialized testing such as Impact testing, Tensile strength, Hardness, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrate Inspection, Chemical analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, X-Ray Testing , Spectrometer, PMI( portable spectrum analyzer), Helium mass spectrum , Cryogenic treatment equipment , and 15 sets hydraulic testing equipment for pressure and leakage testing.
Our major products are Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Ball Valve, Plug Valve , Needle Valve and other special valves with the materials of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ultra-low carbon stainless steel and Monel etc. Generally speaking, the materials are WCB、WCC、WC5、WC6、WC9、LCB、LCC、LF2、CF3、CF3M、CF8、CF8M、A105、F5、F11、F22、F51、F304、F304L、F316、F316L、F317、F347、F321、M-30C、 MONEL 400、MONEL K500 and HASTELLOY C4 etc. 
The pressure Ratings: 150LB up to 2500LB, PN1.0～PN42 Mpa.
 Temperature： 850 ℃ to -196 ℃. 
Valve Size： 1/2〞～68〞 or 15 mm～1800 mm. 
Drive Methods: Handwheel, Gear Actuator, Electric Actuator, Pneumatic Actuator, Hydraulic Actuator etc.
Our products have been widely used in Petrol-chemical, oil, chemical, power plants, metallurgy, paper making, medical equipment, military and other industries, and have been exported to North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, The Middle East and Southeast Asian countries.
In recent years, MECCO has maintained 30% yearly average rate of increment and achieved $22 million sales revenues. We have obtained approval and praise from many celebrated companies like WALWORTH, YONEKI Valve Works, PT Valve, KVC Valve, SHELL(Huizhou), SINOPEC, BASF-YPC, CTCI GROUP, etc. and established long term business relationship. We are also preparing for Aramco approval since the end of 2008 and we have the planning to get Shell approval in two years.
